But, as the Uzbek flag law states, and as the Wikipedia version of the Uzbek flag doesn't reflect, is that the color of the top band should be light blue. The flag law, as it can be found here https://lex.uz/en/docs/57181 has official translations in Uzbek and Russian. Basically, I've changed the colors to be inline with the actual usage of the flag by the Uzbek government.
