| Descrition |
English: Prominent linguists like Suniti Kumar Chatterji, Sukumar Sen, Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar and Muhammad Shahidullah have given various classifications of the region-specific dialects of the Bengali language. It is an attempt to mark them all consolidated into a map also keeping in mind the modern popular opinions on the subject.
বাংলা: ভাষাচার্য সুনীতিকুমার চট্টোপাধ্যায়, শ্রীযুক্ত সুকুমার সেন, শ্রীযুক্ত প্রভাতরঞ্জন সরকার ও জনাব মুহম্মদ শহীদুল্লাহ প্রমুখদের দেওয়া বাংলার অঞ্চলভিত্তিক উপভাষার বিভিন্ন রকম শ্রেণিবিভাগ মিলিয়ে মোটামুটি এই ছবি ফুটে ওঠে। আধুনিক মতবাদ মাথায় রেখে, পুরোনো সব মানচিত্র ছাপিয়ে, সেটিই নতুন করে আঁকার চেষ্টা এটা। |
