Itamar Even-Zohar (hebreo: איתמר אבן-זהר) (born 1939) es un reserchator cultural israelian e professor del Universitá de Tel Aviv. Even-Zohar es un pionero del teorie del polisistemas e del teorie de repertories cultural.
