Daiken, I apologize, I had a poor understanding of Wikimedia procedure. When I became an admin, it was possible for me to make anyone else an admin. Now, it seems, Wikimedia policy has changed and I need to become a "bureaucrat" to make someone an admin. I will request permission to become a bureaucrat. When that status is given to me, I will make you an admin. Sorry for the mix-up.
